He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Boas and Susan Bennet Maguire. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his stepson Scott Townsend; his grandchildren, William Townsend (Nicole) and McKenzie Townsend; his great grandchild Elanor Townsend; and his siblings, Louise Hildreth (Art), Harry Maguire (Gerry), Alexander Maguire (Sandie), Ellen Sussman (Mark) and Benjamin Maguire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
