She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Wayne and Ethel Roberts Bedsaul; her husband Walter Phillip Ayers, Jr.; her son Michael Phillip Ayers of Galax, Virginia; her daughter-in-law Donna Brown of Galax, Virginia; her grandchildren, Shannon (Jay Alderman) and Lindsay (Jason Gertin); her great grandchildren, Caleb Gertin, Madison Gertin, Sydney Alderman and Addie Alderman; her siblings, Tiney Poole of Ennice, Brenda (Bob Mitchell) and Larry Bedsaul of Asheboro; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Cockerham and Linda Wilson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
