He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Edwards of Galax; his son Terry Roger; his daughter-in-law Kim Edwards of Galax; his grandchildren, Taylor Lee Edwards and Kelsey Horton; and his sisters, Veneree Sparks of Alleghany and Kathleen Shaw of Alleghany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
