He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Quesenberry and Cassie Lineberry Quesenberry of Galax, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Norma Nuckolls Quesenberry of Galax; his daughter Tammy Q. Smith (Doug) of Woodlawn; his brother Darrell F. Quesenberry (Linda) of Roanoke; his grandsons, Phillip Smith (Karen) of Chantilly and Patrick Smith (Katie) of Youngsville; his great grandchild Gavin Phillip Smith of Chantilly; and his nephews, Gary Quesenberry (Laurie) of Henrietta and Todd Quesenberry of Roanoke. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the First Christian Church (DOC) at 402 N. Jefferson Street, Galax, VA 24333 or for research to help speed a Parkinson's cure at The Michael J. Fox Foundation, P O Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
