He is survived by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Ruby Lee DeLong Miller; his fiancée Anita Bowers Hanks; his son Joseph Miller; his stepdaughter Sarah Warner; his siblings, Dennis Miller, Rick Miller and Rebecca Landers; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Suzanne, Tiffany, Kevin and Joshua.
