She is survived by: her children, Janet (Steve Wade) of Galax, Virginia, Velvet Jennings of Galax, Virginia, Patricia (Tom Bratton Lebanon), Randall (Sharon Carico) of Galax, Virginia, Alan Carico of Galax, Virginia and Jeff Carico of Woodlawn, Virginia; and her daughter-in-law Karen Carico of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
