He was predeceased by: his parents, Fizier Frazier and Laurie Elizabeth Alley Frazier; his stepson Charles Robert Blair; and his brothers, Bobby Ronald Frazier and Junior Alvin Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Ogle Frazier of Austinville, Virginia; his close friend Kathy Lineberry of Galax, Virginia; his siblings, Odeene Daniels of Galax, Virginia, Rosaleta (Earl Crotts), Robert Wayne Frazier (Dora Coleman) of Galax, Virginia and Johnny Bill Frazier of Woodlawn; and his close friend Pastor Jeff Pickett.
