He is survived by: his parents, James Rupert Fink, Sr. of Siloam and Edna Mae Svetlik Fink of Galax, Virginia; his fiancée Denise Burnette; his daughter Keri Jean of Galax, Virginia; his son-in-law David Wagg of Galax, Virginia; his siblings, Michele Fink of Galax, Virginia and Paul; his sister-in-law Tinsel Fink of Lambsburg, Virginia; and his grandsons, Austin Wagg and Lance Wagg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
