He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Duff of Leonardtown, MD and Michael James; his daughter-in-law Christi Ann Montgomery of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, Marc Edward Duff, James Edward Montgomery II and Mikaela Ann Montgomery; his great grandchildren, Joseph Tyler Duff, Carson Levi Packer, Darian Alexis Duff, Carly Duff and Selena Montgomery; his brother Robert E.; and his sister-in-law Shirley Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Woodlawn United Methodist Church.
