He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sexton Dickens; his daughter Janice; his son-in-law Carl Martin of Galax; his granddaughter Emily Martin; his great grandchild Austin Stitsinger of Hamilton, Ohio; his sister-in-law Joy Sexton; his niece Sue Testerman; and his caregiver Mark.
