It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hardin Alexander Reavis of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Reavis and Ola Robinson Reavis; and his siblings, Edward Reavis, Georgia Rhudy, Blanche Rector, Betty Mae Delp, Cora Belle Diamond, Jean Jones and Vera Edmonds.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Reavis of Galax, Virginia; his children, Darlene Wells of Christiansburg, Virginia, Stefanie Boers of Gaithersburg, Maryland and Brian (Tonya Reavis); his brother Warren; his sister-in-law Mary Reavis of Woodlawn, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Brooke Boers and Hannah Boers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
