He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Gibson and Estella Hensley Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Tonyia Gibson; his children, Gordon Gibson, Reggie Gibson (Sherri), Erin Gibson and Nathaniel Gibson (Zachary Annen); his sister Mary Hope Gibson; and his grandsons, Logan Gibson and Oliver Gibson-Stuckey.
