She is survived by: her children, John Calvin "JC" Phillips (Carolyn), Mary Lee Wilson (Jerry), Paul Phillips, Teresa Surratt (Greg) and Lisa Mabe (Eric); her siblings, Eugene Evans and Juanita Parker; her sister-in-law Penny Evans; her grandchildren, Stephanie Sandberg (Leonard), Johnny Phillips (Jessica), Valerie Wilson, Veronica Bowman (Randy), Pam Phillips, April Clark (Josh), Jeannie Coulson and Susie Taylor (Flint); her stepgrandson Cody Mabe; her great grandchildren, Hannah Griles (Luke), Logan Sandberg, Mariah Gardner (Justin), Tyler Phillips (Hannah), Carrie Johnson (Matt), Dustyn Hoffman, Bradley Hoffman (Josie), Adam Bedsaul (Kristin), Austin Bedsaul (Aleena), Kaileigh Clark, Collin Clark, Dylan Coulson, Jalyn Coulson, Edin Taylor and Davis Taylor; her stepgreat-grandsons, Christopher Bowman and Adam Bowman; her great great grandchildren, Clovis Griles, Beau Johnson, Maddyson Hoffman, Layla Hoffman, Amerie Hoffman, Dakota Hoffman, Jackson Hoffman, Lilah Hoffman, Cameron Bedsaul, Cooper Bedsaul, Carter Bedsaul, Mahalee Bedsaul, Pepper Ellsworth, Raiden Bowman and Raina Bowman; her nephew Jeff Evans (Janet); and her son-in-law Clifton Coulson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
