He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Bowman and Betty Newman Bowman; and his son Kevin Bowman. He is survived by: his daughter Christi Brown (Nicki) of Winston-Salem; his sister Angie; his brother-in-law Allen Waller of Hillsville, Virginia; his brothers, Dean Bowman and Richard (Adrieanna Bowman); and his grandchildren, Gabriel Bowman, Madelyn Bartley, Taylen Davis and Melekh Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
