She is survived by: her children, Katie Kohl (James), Liz Kohl (Kristen Bader), Jason (Jenn Kohl) of Galax, Virginia, Joshua (Emily Kohl) of Raleigh and Jacob (Jessica Kohl) of New York City; her siblings, David Brock, Susan Gower and Deborah Ortiz; her grandchildren, Rylen Jones, Ivy Jones, Jonathan Kohl, Jeremy Kohl, Katherine Kohl, Joseph Kohl, Eleanor Kohl, Gabriel Kohl, Samuel Kohl and Hannah Kohl; and her husband Ray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
