He is survived by: his mother Vivian Smith Wilson of Galax, Virginia; his son Shon; his daughter-in-law Shera Wilson of Bell Buckle, Tennessee; his sister Patty; his brother-in-law Gary Adkins of Galax, Virginia; his sister Kathy Halsey of Galax, Virginia; his grandchildren, Caylea, Eric, Jordan and Elli; his great grandchildren, Norah, Lennon, Sophie and Everleigh; and his close friend Pat Reavis of Galax, Virginia.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
