He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alexandra Herr Ruppert; his children, Kimberly Ann Farmer (Douglas Farmer) of Warrenton, Virginia Ruppert and Stanley Dean Ruppert (Claire Tiedeman) of Sunnyvale, California; and his grandsons, Lucas Edward Farmer and Matthew James Farmer. He was also cherished by his son and lots of time with his daughter and grandsons.
