It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Kress (Gainesville, Virginia), born in Noank, Connecticut, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Adele P. and Carl C. Kress; his wife Kathleen Nicholson Kress; his sons-in-law, Julie K. and Jeffrey Becker; his grandchildren, Ryan Becker, Nicholas Hardy and Lily Hardy; his siblings-in-law, Karen Wardrop of Newington, CT and Robert Wardrop of Newington, CT; his nephew James Wardrop of Cromwell, CT.; and also, Irene McDonough of Stonington, CT and Marie Craddock of New London, CT.
