She is survived by: her sister Joann Hoffman of Winchester; her children, Thomas, Jr. (Lyndee) of Centreville, VA, Terry Maddox of Warrenton, VA, John (Anne) of Centreville, VA and Donald; her grandchildren, Michelle, Justin, Matt, Mike, Nicolle, Jennifer, Chris, Danny and Ben; and her great grandchild Gavin. She is also survived by five brothers, one of which was her twin, and one sister.
