He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gus Tsutras and Kornilia Savas Tsutras; his wife Helen Kouros of Roanoke, VA; his son Dean Frank Tsutras; his former wife Maria Batistas Tsutras; his children, Tino Tsutras and Alenah (Riffle); and his grandson Frank.
