He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bowman and Vivian Bowman; and his sisters, Henrietta Baldwin and Betty Massey. He is survived by: his wife Jacque R. Bowman; his children, Greg Bowman (Susan) and Allyson B. Higgs (late Jeff); and his brothers, Bill (Kathy) and Jim (Cindy).
