She is survived by: her husband Shon Carico of Fries; her daughters, Kacey (Charles Dalton) and Kira (Steven Bowers); her sister Opal; her brother-in-law Dennis Funk of Greensboro; her brother James; her sister-in-law Crystal Jefferson of Fries; and her close friends, Polly Phipps and Doris Lineberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
