With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Ray Hill of Fries, Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Mary Edith Dowling Hill; his wife Jeanette "Judy" Evon Waller Hill; and his sister Delores "Peanut" Patton. He is survived by: his son Tim Hill of Hillsville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Kari Hill of Fries, Virginia, Casey Hill of Woodlawn, Virginia and Corey Hill of Fries, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Asia Hill of Fries, Virginia, Alyce Leary of Fries, Virginia, Apiphany Leary of Fries, Virginia and Drustin Hill of Woodlawn, Virginia; his half-sisters, Diane Hill Lundy and Angela Hill Mabe; and his close friends, Mark, Mary Williams and Jill Pack Hill.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.
