He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Jr. Moore and Marie Clark Moore; and his siblings, June McCarter and Randy Wallen. He is survived by: his children, Teila Moore of Woodlawn, Lacy Moore of Fries and Matthew Moore of Woodlawn; his sister Becky; his brother-in-law Perry Clyburn of Fries; and his brother Elmo Moore of Fries. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing will be required at the graveside service.
