He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brock "Ginny" Outland; his siblings, Sarah Askew (Gerald), Joan Baker (Walter), Canara Harrell (Ronnie), Julia Brown and Horace Outland, Jr.; and his children, Lane of Norfolk, VA and Rosalind Cutchins.
