He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn Caroline Kawana. He is survived by: his wife Brittany Nicole Kawana; his sons, Wyatt Christian Kawana, Weston Lee Kawana, Wayland Ray Kawana and Walker Lane Kawana; his father Gary Christian Kawana; his siblings, Tiffany K. Thornton, Savannah Kawana and Cameron Kawana; his parents-in-law, Charles and Angie Andrews; his siblings-in-law, C. J. Andrews and Jessica Harris (Jeff); and his close friends, Andrew Tyree, Marty Porter and Matt McClain.
