He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ratcliffe and Beverly Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Poulnot Ratcliffe; his children, Laura Vick (Jerry), Bobby Ratcliffe (Allison) and Lee Ratcliffe (Judy); his brother Michael Ratcliffe (Gayle); his brother-in-law Wilton Poulnot (Nettie); and his grandchildren, Jacob Vick, Samuel Vick, Wilton Ratcliffe, Reid Ratcliffe, Jack Ratcliffe and Caroline Ratcliffe.
