He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Howe and Justine Miller Howe; his children, Michele Robbins, Jennifer Dreibelbis (Dwight), Laura Anderson (Daniel) and Robert Edward Howe, Jr. (Alexis); his brothers, William Howe and Richard Howe (Josephine); and his grandchildren, Denise, Jeffrey, Jamie, Kenneth, Evan and Lainey.
