It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Jackson Spivey of Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Spurgeon Robert Spivey; and his brothers, Bradley Spivey of Zuni and Douglas Spivey of Franklin. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Bryant Spivey; his daughter Jennifer Spivey Norris of Kentucky; and his uncle Lloyd Spivey. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Franklin Baptist Church.
