It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia D Reeves of Franklin, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Daughtrey Duck and Etta Mae Wright Duck; and her daughter Kathy R. Sumpter. She is survived by: her husband William Emmette Reeves; her sister Nancy Christine Moon (Sam) of Franklin; and her nieces, Robin E. Davis and Nancy L. Duck (Stephen).
