She is survived by: her husband Fred Kiser of Jonesboro, Tennessee; her sons, Mark Kiser of Piney Flats, Scott Kiser (Michelle) and Kenneth Kiser (Anna); her grandson Brody Kiser; and her siblings, Randal Liford (Denise), Joyce Sutherland of Barboursville, Kentucky and Mae Ramsey of Barboursville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
