She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Elliott Rhodes and Bertha Carr Rhodes; and her sisters, Harriet Rhodes Lowe and Annie Belle Rhodes Carr. She is survived by: her husband Floyd Wood Wellons, Jr.; and her children, Cindy W. McFarland (Frankie) and Floyd W. "Woody" Wellons, III (Connie).
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Franklin Baptist Church or the Wounded Warriors Project.
