He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Lee Duke and Lullian Carr Duke. He is survived by: his wife Gale Burgess Duke; his children, Lisa and Michael; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alex, Allyson, Lucas and Candi (Tim); and his siblings, Rita and Lynn.
