He was predeceased by: his parents, Haywood Garland Lowe, Sr. and Mable Lowe; and his sister Rosalind Faye Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Regina "Gina" Lowe; his daughter Shelly Lowe Branche (John); his sister Peggy L. Davis (Raymond); his granddaughters, Kaylee and Jenna Branche; and his siblings-in-law, Raleigh Cutchins and Peggy Kannan.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM in the funeral home and suggest memorial donation be made to the American Heart Association, Black Creek Baptist Church, or Tucker Swamp Baptist Church.
