It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wood of Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Wood to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pamela Raiford Wood; his parents, Phillip Wood and Jane Wood; his son Rylee Dean Wood; his brother Creg Wood (Christy); his parents-in-law, Ed and Irene Raiford; and his pets, Jasper, Gunner and Walter. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the residence after the service and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
