She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Elvin Parker, Jr.; and her parents, William Wiginton Savage, Sr. and Cynthia Duval Savage. She is survived by: her children, Troi Parker of Franklin, Robin Ellis (Ray) of Zuni and Kenneth Parker (Debra) of Chesapeake; her brother William Savage (Dorothy) of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Erica Holt, Shelby Popp, Dustin Atkins and Trenton Parker.
