He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Campbell (Bob); and his brother Robert Lee Campbell (Bobby). He is survived by: his wife Myra Campbell; his son Will Campbell; his brother Mike Campbell; his mother Gaile Gray; his stepmother Nell Campbell; and his aunts, Carol Eberly and Bonnie Ogren.
