We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022, at the age of 69, David Wayne Blake of Falls Church, Virginia, born in Oak Hill, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Blake and Nellie Irene Blake (Comer); and his siblings, Roger Lee Blake and Brenda Sue Ellison. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sue Blake (Browning); his daughter Crystal Nicole Blake of Falls Church, VA; and his siblings, Clyde Eugene Blake of Sophia, WV and Loretta Joan Graham of Beckley, WV. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Inova Health Foundation.
