It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joy Kelly (Fairfax Station, Virginia), born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James J. "Jim" Kelly; and her brothers, O'Lynda, Jim and Don Nash. She is survived by: her daughter Janet McKeown (Rick); and her grandchild Kaylin Joy McKeown.
