She was predeceased by: her father Joseph R. Ashwell, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Shirley R. Ashwell; her husband Thomas A. Spencer; her daughters, Taylor Ann Wagner and Jessica Lynn Blankenship; her siblings, Laura Ashwell McCoy (John) and Joseph R. Ashwell, III (Erin); and her grandchildren, Crystal Blankenship, Mason Wagner, Ryan Blankenship and Rylee Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
