He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Scott and Lillie Scott; and his siblings, Lillie Scott and Joe Louis Scott. He is survived by: his wife Helen Maude Scott; his daughters, Teresa Faye Henry (Tony Henry) of Woodbridge, VA, Terri Scott of Minneapolis, MN, Pamela Scott of Woodbridge, VA and MaLyssa Scott of Arlington, VA.; his grandchildren, Taylor Henry, Toni Henry and Tyler Henry; and his sisters, Ernestine Gore and Bernadine Cattaledge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
