He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fields-Wilkins of Dewitt, VA; his children, Berethia Wilkins of Atlanta, GA, Tamara Starr of Rex, GA and Terry D. Wilkins of Smyrna, GA; and his stepdaughters, Shameka C. Venable of Woodbridge, VA, Lasa and Chin of Dewitt, VA.
