It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Dale Pruitt (Danville, Virginia), who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Claude Dale shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Claude Dale farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Wilson Pruitt and Claude Raymond Pruitt. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Pruitt; his son Shannon Pruitt; his daughter-in-law Kimberly; his grandson Dylan Pruitt (Makaila); and his pet Dixie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Norris Funeral Services & Crematory - Mount Hermon Chapel (3995 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA 24540). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
