He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Hall and Nellie Hall; and his wife Charlee Hall. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Hall (Allexxis) of Chilhowie, VA, Steffanie Hall (Ethan Reynolds) of Abingdon, VA and Amanda Hall of Damascus, VA; his stepson Charles Clark of Damascus, VA; and his siblings, Jimmy Hall (Donna) of Abingdon, VA and Ruby Richmond of Glade Spring, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
