With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Peggy Combs (Damascus, Virginia), who passed away on April 17, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Winters; and her siblings, Jack Morgan, Ed Winters, Charles Winters, Tommy Winters, Margaret Winters and Martha Winters.
She is survived by: her parent Gladys Morgan Winters; her husband Fred Combs; her daughters, Connie McMichael (Joseph) of Rustburg, VA and Beverly Steen; her friend Don Lewis of Gap, PA; her grandchildren, Bridget Beard (Jeff), Tyler Renshaw, Dylan Renshaw, Colby Steen, Adam McMichael and Andrew McMichael; her siblings, William Winters (Rachael), Mike Winters and Susie Smith (Tom); her friend William Steen; and also Donna Hume of Gap, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215.
