It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ryan Rathke (Damascus, Virginia), who passed away on March 12, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, James "Watermelon" Ryan and Frances Findley Ryan; her brothers, Pat, Jimmy, Rufus Ryan and Bruce; her children, Christian Rathke (Crystal) of Maryland, Mark Rathke (Susan) of Bridgewater, Beka Jordan (Tony) of Broadway and Libby Sours (Ike) of Damascus; her grandchildren, Ryan Ratliff, Hunter Ratliff (Morgan), Karmin Jordan, Taylor Rathke, Cecilia Rathke and Mya Rathke; and her brother John Ryan (Rita) of Abingdon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Niswonger Childrens Hospital, 400 North State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604.
