It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lowe (Damascus, Virginia), born in Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jackie" and Lorna Lowe; and his grandparents, Margie Parker, Kernal and Evelyn Lowe.
He is survived by: his son Joshua Lowe; his stepdaughter Tiffany Phillips; and his brother John Lowe (Barbara).
