With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frankie Winters of Damascus, Virginia, born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on September 5, 2020 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winters and Annis Winters; and his brothers, Hobart Winters and Albert "Tooty" Winters. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Homer Wilson; and his siblings, Evon Wilson (Homer) of Damascus, VA and Randy Winters of Laurel Bloomery, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
