She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Rouse and Lura Rouse; her husband Thurman Blevins; her daughters, Sue Puckett and Nancy Summitt; her grandson Justin Moody; her great grandchildren, Blake Wright, Brittany Puckett and Evan Fritts; her children-in-law, James Widener and Teresa Blevins; and her brothers, Bill Rouse, Paul Rouse, Buster Rouse and Bufford Rouse.
She is survived by: her children, Myrtle Jones (Tommy) of Damascus, VA, Cristal Hamm (Walter) of Shady Valley, TN, Charles Blevins (Gloria) of Damascus, VA, Bobby Blevins (Jessica) of Meadowview, VA, Danny Blevins (Debbie) of Glade Spring, VA and Randy Blevins of Damascus, VA; and her brothers, Jack Rouse of Glade Spring, VA and Sam Rouse (Eva Joan) of Glade Spring, VA. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
