She is survived by: her daughter Gwen Smith (Andy) of Damascus; her grandsons, Justin Shane and Tyler Jordan; her siblings, Bob Lewis (Brenda) of Shady Valley and Barbara Hutchinson (Lowe) of Shady Valley; and her nephew Jeff Lewis (Betty Greer). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
